Nancy Hughes Verhoeven is the founder of Vincere Coaching Pte Ltd and a certified Executive Coach specializing in the areas of Leadership, Team Development and Interpersonal Relationships. Her practice has focused on coaching senior executives for Forbes 1000 corporations with a presence in Asia as well as government-linked Singapore companies.

During the past nine years her coaching work with clients has involved projects with companies in the financial sector, manufacturing, technology, shipping, pharmaceutical, management consultantancy and the Civil Service Leaders in Singapore. These projects have focused on One-on-One Executive coaching, Leadership Development, Team coaching, facilitation and Coaching Skills Workshops.

She has conducted personalized leadership coaching programs including 360 degree feedback sessions. Upon request, she is certified to use a wide range of assessment tools such as e.g. Team Management Systems, Myers-Briggs, DISC, Benchmarks, Firo-B, Lominger Voices 360 and trained to give feedback on Campbell Leadership Index, CPI and Change Style Indicator (CSI).

Nancy has over fifteen years experience in the area of people development including, coaching, developing executive education programs, project management, training and development. She has lived and worked in the USA, France and Taiwan before moving to Singapore in 1998. Prior to founding Vincere, Nancy worked in leadership development with Steve Morris Associates in Singapore and organized executive education programs for The International Forum of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Nancy is professionally trained as a coach from Corporate Coach University (CCU) and is certified with The International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach. She was one of the founders of the ICF Singapore Chapter, was President of the ICF Singapore Chapter between 2006-08 and serves on the global assessor team of ICF to certify new coaches. Nancy has delivered over 1500 hours of coaching. Nancy also provides senior level coaching programs on an adjunct basis for the Center for Creative Leadership, Ken Blanchard Companies, TNM Coaching, Lane4 and T.E.N (The Evolutionary Network). Nancy has a BA Degree in French and International Economics from Swarthmore College, USA and an MA in European Studies from the Centre Europeen, Nancy, France. She is fluent in French with working knowledge of Mandarin and Dutch.
